Free Rabies Vaccination Clinics
To help low-income pet owners, Animal Services conducts several free vaccination clinics in low-income neighborhoods each year. Pets must be at least three months old. Dogs must be on leashes, and cats and puppies should be in safe carriers.
This helps address the issue of homeless pets in the community, thus reducing animal euthanizing. Call (512) 587-7729 to make an appointment. If you live outside of the qualifying zip codes and need assistance, call the Spay Street Public Health Educator at (512) 978-0504.
