Topic: Improved Stormwater Controls, Part 2 Part 2 of 3 on stormwater ponds for water quality, erosion & flood mitigation. Our anticipated focus will be Targeted Staff & Stakeholder topics: e.g., maintenance & regulatory challenges, including:

• Summary of issues raised by stakeholders at Feb. 3 meeting
• Wet/retention pond challenges
• Subsurface control challenges
• Minimum threshold requirement for water quality controls (currently 20% imperv. cover)

We’ll have most of the meeting dedicated to small- and large-group discussion.
